Each item is custom made to order for the buyer, and therefore no returns or refunds can be accepted for items that arrive in good condition.

We make every effort to select only the best materials possible, though due to the use of natural fibers some small variations in texture may be present and are part of the character of each piece.

If your order is incorrect or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us for a replacement within 30 days from the date of original purchase.
